I cannot connect to any Nissan or Infinity vehicles. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both programs with no results. I have V4.10 for both programs. It will come up to a screen asking if the ignition is on, I click ok and it just sits there. I can access these same vehicles with the OBDII function just fine. Something is wrong with my Nissan program. Is there a way to download from the "base" Nissan program from scratch? It's nearly like the actual program is missing, only the update is there. When I do download the V4.10 it is VERY fast. Like with every other manufacturer I can roll back to a previous update, Nissan or Infinity can't. Just seems to me like something is missing. I have tried emailing Autel support numerous times with no reply. It is getting pretty frustrating. I need my tool to work. If anyone can offer any help it would be GREATLY appreciated!
